- Eligibility: Item(s) that are defective or wrong delivered can be returned within 2 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized phone cases are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
🔄 Exchanges
- Wrong Size or Model? No worries! You can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your case arrives damaged or with a defect, please email us with photos and an unboxing video, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
💰 Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
