  • Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized phone cases are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Wrong Size or Model? No worries! You can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your case arrives damaged or with a defect, please email us with photos and an unboxing video, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
